The first one is the Egg yolk mask, which one of the easiest masks ever. As we have learned previously eggs, in general, are very good for hair growth and health because they contain protein and lecithin. And in a mask form, they can be even better. So let’s see how we make it: take two eggs and mix them with to tablespoons of olive oil. And that is, you have the mask and if the stickiness makes you uncomfortable, you can add a cup of water, which will dilute the mask. After that, apply the mask directly to your dry hair and leave it up to 30 minutes. Then, wash it out with shampoo and conditioner.  

The second one also contains eggs and it is also very easy to make. This time we will use egg whites, which cleanses the scalp of excess oils, strengthens hair and promotes fast growth. Let’s see how we make this one: Mix an egg white with fresh Aloe Vera, (100% bottled aloe) which is very good for your scalp and will keep your hair moisturized. Then, apply it on our hair and all over your scalp. Leave it on for about 15-20 minutes and then rinse it out with cool water.  

The third and last mask is the onion mask. Yes, onions are actually very good for your hair growth and also health, they are rich in sulfur that promotes collagen production in your scalp, which allows new hair follicles to grow. So be prepared to be surprised by great results. You will have to work with the smell, but it is worth it, believe us.  

Now, how to make the mask: you will need a ¼ cup of freshly squeezed red onion juice, which you will mix with one tablespoon of honey and that is it, my friend, you have a mask that is very good for your hair. 4. The washing process

Washing is the most important part of hair care and doing it wrong can cause not only hair and health lose, but it also can affect growth.
